Why can’t I order directly on your website?

Because we take the time to get things to your satisfaction and liking before any money changes hands. We make sure that the design or artwork is to your requirements, and all the sizes and colours are as you want them. We will send you a no obligation design proof for you to approve or amend. This might involve and extra phone call or email, but at least we get it right.

We only accept payment after you have approved the artwork.

Other companies make you order online, but as soon as you press the ‘Buy Now’ button you have usually given up any control of the process, and you will be unable to make any changes to the design.

How do I order?

Any way you like. You can walk through the door, pick up the phone, send an email,text or facebook message.

How long does it take?

We usually start the production process the next working day after you approve the design and we have received payment. Most orders are ready for dispatch or collection within 24 or 48 hours of payment. Screen printing will usually take an extra 24 hours, to allow for the screen making process.

If dispatch is likely to be anymore than 72 hours, due to our work load or issues outside our control we will let you know.

Please let us know when ordering if you have any tight deadlines.

How  can I pay?

Cash, BACS, Credit or Debit cards are all acceptable. We also accept business cheques, but this will delay production until the funds have cleared at our bank.

Can I pay online?

Yes. We will email you an invoice, and you can use the ‘Pay Now’ button to make your payment with your usual cards. We use Paypal invoicing to accept online payments. This is a secure and trusted method. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.

How do you deliver?

We use a courier company, on a ‘next working day’ service. Orders over £200 are usually free ( large, heavy or bulky items are charged at cost), with a £10 charge below £200.

Alternatively, single items, up to 1kg can be sent via Royal Mails ‘Signed for’ service, for £5. ( Please remember that Royal Mails delivery can be slow)

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Our prices include any set-up or screen making charges. Basic artwork charges are included in the price. If any chargeable  design work is needed, you will be informed before you incur them.

Can I supply my own garments for you to print?

Probably not, for two reasons -

  1. We can’t guarantee the quality of the print if we can’t guarantee the quality of the garment.
  2. Although we do not make much profit on the blank garments, what profit we do make is essential to our viability as a business.

On rare occasions, if  the customer has a specialist garment that is not available to us through our regular suppliers, we may consider printing customer supplied products.
