PricesAll prices shown on the website or in the showroom may be subject to change at short notice and are only valid as part of a formal quote. Prices given as a written quote are valid for 14 days. If part payment, by way of deposit, is agreed by us, the full balance must be paid prior to collection or delivery.
Ordering and PaymentIf you decide to proceed with the order then you will be asked to ‘sign-off’ on it. This will involve a final ‘Proof ‘ that you will need to check, and confirm that you are happy with all spelling, layout, colours and sizes. If you have supplied your own artwork then an ‘Order Confirmation’ may be substituted for the proof.
Orders via email or telephone are binding once you have received either our final ‘Proof’’ or ‘Order Confirmation’, agreed that it is correct, and, either verbally, electronically or in writing, instructed us to proceed. The customer will be committed to pay the full amount due. No formal signature is required to form a contract.
No alterations to design, spelling or any other information or aspect of the design or order can be made after the final ‘Proof’ has been accepted unless production has not commenced, and subject to our agreement.
Due to the custom nature of the product, we regret that we are unable to commence printing until payment is received in full ( cleared funds). If payment terms have been agreed with existing customers, such as payment on collection, the customer will be liable for payment in full once the work has commenced, or for any charges incurred should we allow the order to be cancelled ( see 10 - 12 below).
Payment or part payment constitutes a binding order and forms a contract.
Payment can be made via SumUp invoice(including Credit or Debit cards), cash, BACS or business cheque.
Orders are not deemed to be accepted by us until such time as we have issued an order confirmation.
Invoices not paid within fourteen days will result in the order being cancelled. The customer will be liable for any artwork charges incurred, and any other work carried out. This includes screen making.(See #10 below)
Postage is charged at cost. Orders over £200 are usually sent carriage paid, except large or heavy items.
CancellationOnce you have ‘signed off ‘the design and we have commenced work, the order will be binding and you will not be able to withdraw from it. At our discretion, we may allow withdrawal before work commences, in which case you will be liable for any pre production work we have carried out. This can include any items we have had to purchase specifically for your order, or our suppliers legitimate re-stocking fees for such items ( if applicable), and for any chargeable artwork and screen fees.
Screen making is only free of charge for completed transactions. If you withdraw after ‘signing off’ we will make a charge of £15 for each screen made.
As these products are custom printed to your requirements, you have no automatic right of cancellation under current consumer legislation.
Artwork and ProductionGarments, signs and graphics will usually be ready for dispatch within 3 working days of payment being received. If there are any delays expected (due to our workload, or the need to obtain custom mixed ink colours etc) we will keep you informed.
We aim to have all jobs completed within 21 days. After this ( except where custom supplies have been ordered) then you will be given the opportunity to cancel, at no liability to either party.
Please let us now of any tight deadline you may have before you complete the ordering process, and we will let you know then if we will be able to fulfil the order in time.
Our suppliers hold large quantities of most garments. If they are out of stock it usually means that the manufacturers are awaiting stock from the factory. In this instance we may have to substitute a garment with another of equal or greater value from the same or different manufacturer. We only do this on a like for like basis- you won’t order a black XL Hoody and get a small blue Polo shirt in its place! If there is a significant difference then we will check with you first.
You are not liable for any work done until you have signed-off on (approved) the finished design, except for pre-agreed artwork charges (#18 - 20 below). HOWEVER, if you use our designs, layouts or other ‘intellectual property’ - that has been generated as free or chargeable artwork’- with another printer, in any medium, or online then you will be in breach of our copyright.
15 minutes free artwork per design. Excess artwork will be charged at £15 per hour, ( 1 hour minimum). You will be informed before you incur any artwork charges.
Art work charges reflect our time spent only. Such charges do not imply any sale or transfer of any of our original intellectual property or copyrights, which we retain.
Any original artwork remains your property. Any additions or alterations we have made, along with any layouts that may be deemed to be our original design, will remain our copyright, and cannot be used elsewhere without our consent. We will retain the right to use original design elements, including any fonts, layouts, colours or original designs (excluding your original artwork) elsewhere in the future.
Colour changes during a screen print run will be charged at £10 per screen.
You must own,or have the owners consent to use, any trademark or ‘Intellectual Property’ used in your design.
You agree to meet our legal costs, and the costs of any fines incurred by us, that result from any action taken over any trademarks or Intellectual Property, supplied and/or signed off by you, as used by us in your design.
Customers ItemsOn rare occasions, if the customer has a specialist garment that is not available to us through our regular suppliers, we may consider printing customer supplied products. If we do print onto customer provided garments it is at the customers own risk. In the advent of a misprint or other fault or damage to the garment our liability shall be limited only to no more than the value of the printing.
If we agree to print onto garments or other substrates provided by the customer, the relevant items will be considered a bailment for the mutual benefit of both parties. We will have a lien over the items until full payment has been made.
